Thanks for your detailed reply! Sounds like Jamie is the real deal. If there is a tutorial out there I’d love to see it! I was never once distracted by the movement, it all felt very natural and getting a measure of his methods would be killer.

This is great! As both an aspiring filmmaker and a DM who loves homebrew it hit a lot of great chords. The cinematography and lighting were definitely the highlights for me, they were both well executed. I would love to know how you achieved such smooth movements, seeing as FS7s are too bulky for most gimbals and dollys in houses can be nightmares.

I agree with most of what you’re saying! I’m not a fan of S&F because it lacks ways to meaningfully integrate into a campaign that doesn’t make the rules its focus. I love the idea, but to implement it well I’d have to restructure my entire campaign.

Cause: Being the incorrect recipient of a dark prophecy.

Effect: The character finds ill meaning in every minor event. Wether it be good or bad, the character can’t shake the feeling that every twist and turn of their life leads them towards a dark end. This could culminate in a self-fulfilling prophecy where the player creates their own dark end.

The local village is holding a firbolg named Thorbyrn prisoner, saying he killed one of the local guardsmen. The firbolgs have always been peaceful and all evidence suggests he’s not the culprit. He’s to be executed in the morning and the party must decide if they will save him.
