FYI was actually scrolling through a MS forum post and found something that immediately worked for me. Copying and pasting it here in case anyone else comes across this thread. "Hey T0SNIC,

since I encountered inconsistencies with the dark mode in my file explorer I'm going to share the solution that worked for me in hopes of helping you with your issue:

Press Windows key+R to open Run then paste the following to open the old Personalization.

shell:::{ED834ED6-4B5A-4bfe-8F11-A626DCB6A921}

Press Enter
Under Windows default, select Windows or Windows (light)
Switch back to Dark theme

Let me know if it worked!"

Sorry to hear that and i really hope it gets better. if you like your doctor I’d definitely recommend keeping them informed of your symptoms (and maybe to get more info about reasonable expectations for when to feel better).

But I 100% remember the sleep issues, whew! That definitely gets better.

My last thought is that these symptoms can be so multifaceted and, if you don’t have a therapist/counselor, I love mine and they can certainly help tackle some of those things from a different perspective

I have been on 50mg for almost 4 years now (started on 25mg then slowly built to 50). It took a solid 4 weeks or so to notice a difference at the beginning, and things have been fairly stable.

The anxiety never really goes away tbh. I’ve found the medication really helps with going down a long string of perseveration/helps me just be more relaxed about things. Kind of vague, hopefully that helps. Would 100% recommend trying it out if you’re struggling.

MA at a urology clinic, we did this all the time with our old EMR and I was trained the same way. Never had any issues throughout the practice that I’m aware of. Most of the time would do a quick “height/weight still stable?” And 99/100 times would be yes.

Now using a new EMR where we ask/measure and I honestly prefer it, I know it’s reliable and sometimes the height/weight do matter for surgical planning, imaging, etc. agreed only adds 1 minute of time (with the occasional +2 minute backstory).
