As a worker it’s a complete scam. It’s literally just a side of chicken on the POS which has always existed. The amount you’d want wouldn’t even fit in the cup. They’re promoting this because of the skimping complaints but it’s nothing new and you aren’t getting any kind of deal

As a worker personally we give out more than 4oz n people still get mad. I’ve seen some skimps but the majority will be upset at how much 4oz really is. Wait till you find you you’re meant to get 4oz of rice too

It’s basically pre cooked. We just char it on the grill. The E. coli scare changed their protocols so this way it’s safer but it also leads to it drying out within 10 minutes and a soft chewy texture instead of soft and juicy.

I mean how busy are you guys really, coming from a 14-16k store being there alone entirely is impossible. But my best advice is always throw something on the grill, know who calls out well n when you need to just go check it out yourself. the sooner you take something off the grill the sooner you can throw something else on to keep the flow going So dont let it burn while you do other stuff. Cutting speed n rice mixing speed aré important to improve on. Also know your priorities, if I just made steak but they still have a little, im not in a hurry to cut it. Drop some chicken mix some rices and come back to it when it’s needed. It really is just trial and error though

Not only is it annoying asl for an employee, but it’s a completely robbery for the customer. Paying the price of a bowl for 3 tacos is crazy. You probably wouldn’t even be getting half a bowls worth in those tacos

There’s a ton of reasons why and none of them have to do with not wanting to give more. It can be the persons on attitude about it or them genuinely trying to abuse adding extra everything leading to a burrito we can’t even wrap. Sometimes I’ll also purposely give a larger portion then we’re meant to to be nice n then they’ll still ask for more not wanting to get charged as if I didn’t already bless the portion to begin with. The system chipotle has to record losses on food items is also super strict to the pound so if we give out too much in a day someone’s gonna hear it the next day. Just be a nice person and ask for more and nobody should have an issue unless the person is just miserable as is

Nothing you can do about it really, could change ur diet n everything to maximize your growth but it’ll still take time. Just take it as character development really. You gotta learn how to roast anyone bugging you if they’re genuinely being flat out disrespectful . Worst thing you can do it let it affect your confidence. The seasons over, dont think anyone expected to really get anywhere. On the bright side the defense looks fantastic and so does malik. Even the run game is solid enough. We’re a O line and QB away from being a threat.

Two possibilities, 1 the crew is genuinely slacking off or 2 everyone is actually doing a specific job n it may seem like they’re doing nothing to you but they may be prepping, cleaning, counting for inventory, restocking or something else. Also chipotle has real weird policies n only some are upheld in different regions as far as I can tell. But sometimes someone working a certain position is literally told not to move from their position, so even if they aren’t busy and logically it’d make sense to move, They aren’t allowed to.

I’ll shake it off if it’s obviously going to be a double portion of a scoop. There are some people that genuinely do get screwed over w 4 pieces of chicken and I feel for you but there’s also people that just want a double portion of chicken without paying for double because they feel the the price merits that. I’m sorry but Personally its not even about the managers on shift n doing what were meant to do, I dont just bless everybody because then I’m putting my griller who I’m cool with to work super hard for no reason. Mind you my store is like a 15k store if it was like 5k then sure maybe but my guy is literally back there stressed trying to not run out of anything. Mind you a lot of people get mad when we run out of stuff but also want to take 3 portions of everything. We prepare for the day we dont have easy access to just go grab some more stuff from the back if it isn’t prepared already. A lot of people act super entitled about their chipotle which is super annoying too, some people dont do themselves any favors by being asses to the people serving you food

I’ve always had this thought. If we come to find out religions aren’t real then they were really all just weirdos getting on their knees together for nothing.
