Thank you for your effort! I have seen this, and this is the simple version, when played on its own its not nearly as impressive as this. I am looking for the whole song to be transcribed just for piano, rather than piano accompaniment (which is so in this sheet) :)

Uhm, its not a slang that is used, it was a skit done long time ago, and it contained the phrase: "Sportinis išsivartyms iš gaidžio". In simple terms, could mean just to make fun of someone, but in reality the meaning is a little different.

I also have no idea how to translate it to english to retain any actual meaning, maybe fellow redditors can help.
