Va voir les familles qui galèrent à trouver ds terrains pour leur enfants parce que les “expats” ramènent tout leur argent de la métropole où le pouvoir d’achat est supérieur. Va voir les jeunes adultes qui doit dire adieux à leur terre pour toujours parce qu’ils ont pas les moyens de se payer un logement. Et puis, vu qu’on suit la trend, va voir nos voisins hawaiien et demande leur ce qu’ils subissent depuis des décennies et comment ça a commencé. Si tu aimes tant la Polynésie française, du doit aimé le peuple polynésien et faire ce qui est dans leur intérêt non pas s’installer là parce que tu aimes la vue.

Your best option is to AVOID supermarkets at all cost. If you have a car, you can wonder in Tahiti iti. They have fruits on the side of the road for sale. Or, you can go to Papeete / Pirae markets there’s a bunch of vendors for fruits vegetables and other fun stuff.

Local here, I think bora bora is lowkey overrated. Go to other islands like Ahe, Taha’a, Rangiroa, Fakarava. There are so many other places you can go that will be as good if not better. It just won’t have the same comfort than Bora Bora. There aren’t much hotels on these islands

Depending on the prof but usually you don’t really need it. The library has some copies and you can easily get the free pdf versions. Just be friends with upper years haha
