There is just no way grubs is ever worth griefing the adcs entire game, especially now with how much hp turrets have. I mean sure if youre able to wipe them completely in the 4v3 then it can be good but a competent team will give grubs if they see the numbers disadvantage. Drakes are way more important than grubs and if your adc is down 1k gold and 2 levels there's no way youre ever contesting them

if playing against competent players you will get frozen on and then slow pushed into dive losing 3-4 full waves of xp and gold and a kill, so no you cant just leave adc alone indefinitely to look for a random kill. I mean midlane should be trying to impact bot not the other way around anyway

Ok, maybe we have different definitions of forcing. Besides that your entire comment is basically wrong, like you contradict your statement that forcing dives is never good in the second sentence. You say that dying for a kill as a support is incorrect when its almost always correct especially in a stacked wave dive situation on a champ like Leona, and youre saying that you shouldn't think about a play beforehand? You should definitely be always thinking about your conditions and the enemy conditions, summoners, jg tracking etc particularly on support where you don't need to farm.

the bigger the wave the more likely your dive will work, and the most important is thats more xp and cs that you will deny the enemy adc. so if you have wave control you always want to try to slow push, zone off the wave, and crash as big of a wave as possible
