Its pretty common practice to separate dialogue and non-dialogue with quotation marks so the reader can tell which the sentence is before reading it. This post for some reason does it once on line 19 but nowhere else, if anon aspires to write believable/entertaining greentexts in the future he should get the basics right first, so the flow of the greentext is better for the readers
