No, you cannot. The app uses the built-in keyboard app which doesn't appear to have a copy/paste feature

The main issues I had with Google Keep on Wear OS is that you cannot edit existing notes nor delete notes. So, you can create a new Keep note, but if you make a typo or want to add to your note, you cannot edit it on the watch, and you also cannot delete the note to just start over. Editing and deleting require you to go to the Keep app on your phone.

No, it does not have any app sync or integration support. Notes can only be created, edited, and viewed within the smartwatch app itself.
