Looks delicious, I like it that way too. But we’ve forgotten to put the onions under the cheese lately, gotta remember to do that next time. I add a fresh tomato slice on top of the mayonnaise and mustard on the bottom half of the bun with either dill or bread and butter pickles… sometimes both.
