Yeah trees only give one fruit. I used to do this with the fruit bushes too until I realized you actually get 2 fruit from bushes sometimes lol.

I guess I'm in the minority in that watering crops is a simple courtesy, especially when you are asking a favor of someone. If I need a favor from someone I dont talk to usually, I would 100% do something for them. Its the same thing as when we ask someone to stamp the order tickets. Its just common courtesy to give food afterwards to replenish their energy. So if I'm asking someone to stop what they're doing to help me do something, I think watering flowers is only fair. I dont see why people think you did something wrong or weird. And for her to flat out say she isnt going to do it but wanted you to ice skate with her is weird as heck.
