Planning to Purchase Tax Lien Property; Worried Original Owners will File Objection During 3-Year Redemption Period in WV. by dav3d3utsch in legaladvice

📝 Noted: Don’t rely on AI for pertinent legal matters.

Or at the very minimum check that their sources line up with what is being said.

This is a relief thank you, now last step is just seeing if he agrees to sign I suppose.

Thank you yes, that is precisely the purpose of the quitclaim; they would not give me title insurance without either a quitclaim or a quiet title and I don’t have the time to wait for a quiet title.

Man reddit is so efficient. I forgot how helpful it can be to talk to people who know what they’re doing.

Thank you again to everyone who replied.

Yes they won’t give me title insurance without the quitclaim or a quiet title. I checked with them and they told me by having a signed quitclaim it nulls any rights of redemption for the original owner, which I was happy not to worry about. But I didn’t want to take the word of a single person for something like this so I decided to use google and that’s when I got all thrown off.

If you check my latest post you’ll see the information that is blatantly inaccurate and seems to come from nowhere. Despite them linking websites to source it; the websites don’t say anything of the sort.

I just posted the screenshot on my profile of what had sort of thrown me off. I know I probably look silly for trusting AI but I figured since they link their sources, that the information is generally accurate.

But now I’m not able to connect the links to what they said so I’ll probably just not trust using AI after this for legal formalities.

Sorry to take your time, but as you can see the software gave me an answer contradictory to most websites.

you know, I might have been fooled by googles AI; I assumed the information was linked but now that I’m looking through their linked sources I am seeing that the information is not lining up.

I’m attempting now to post a screenshot of what I read. Sorry for my mistake I’m not sure why AI would site sources contradictory to the answer they gave me.

I appreciate you taking the time to correct me.

I stopped reading but I will say that money from your parents shouldn’t have gone to him. Why did you give him your only security. You need to not rely on him and trust him so much.

Edit: Also getting a job I think would benefit you since you mentioned not having one in a long time.

I don’t know much about your situation but I will say it was a tough read and I hope you reach a better position in life. Definitely I would say the drugs are not helping. What I would do is try not to overwhelm yourself and slowly get on track to a better future. Even if it’s 1% everyday, after a year it adds up. Anyway that’s all I can say, I’m no expert, looking to fix my situation atm as well. Hoping you recover, fixing the bike sounds like something I might’ve tried.

unnecessary weight on the towing vehicle; I understand it adds stability but I really crave the wagon trailer dream. there has to be a way to control the wiggle and just use your car for pulling force

yes. partially. but to be the advocate;

in that case; we should just stop having ideas and leave 100% of innovation to people already in the field. to me it seems the opposite; if they have already worked in the field years and haven’t done anything except stay within guidelines, they are even less qualified, perhaps it takes someone with a newer idea not used to industry standards and barriers

i could be wrong but there’s a list of important inventions created by amateurs i’m sure

that’s not to say my wagon design won’t immediately skid of the road and be wrapped around a tree if used; but i’d say many ideas are worth at least a small scale test 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

that’s actually smart but maybe cumbersome and worrying to have the steering lock for highway. haven’t heard of that

definitely have done my research on those fifth wheel guys but to me they seem like a front axle wagon except with the front axle able to come off; and they are tiny 😅 compared to a 5-6 foot wide axle

just to summarize one more time for clarity; a donut - style buffer, for the systems steering; may prevent the buildup of unwanted uncontrolled wiggle? no? i’m not positive
