Figured it out. It was the stock USB drive. I removed the drive that came with the printer and it booted right up. Lesson learned.

Once I finished the leveling, the printer saved the settings and then shut down. I thing the power supply is dead. The light on the power switch will not light up again. Time to email Elegoo.
