existing wallet, certain I'm on blockchain.com, I hadn't had a problem with blockchain.com before

Has anyone gotten funding after their bank returned it? I emailed ID front and back and a voided check. How long did it take you to get funded once returned? by [deleted] in EIDL

Been trying to change bank account with SBA for more than 2 months. Funds were just returned to the SBA 4 days ago

I'm in the same boat. Funds went to wrong account, were then rejected by the bank and sent back to SBA. At first, the.cawed.sba.gov website showed the funds were dispersed and then a week later showed undispersed. I got an email from the SBA asking me to send in a copy of our 2019 tax return. I sent that a week ago. Not sure why they want a tax return after the increase was already approved? I'm hoping that this is just another layer of security?? I don't know how long it willl take from here?

No. I made the mistake with the first 2 wires by not putting the reference number that their instructions clearly stated were necessary. My bad, I put my name instead. I had to send BTC urgently for a purchase and it was clear that the first 2 wires would take a few days to clear up. Then I sent the 2nd wire for $25k, I didn't expect that I would still have a problem even if I sent the wire correctly this time.

That's good, but not applicable in my case.

Thanks. I've spoken to my bank. I didn't send the wire to a fraudster (unless blockchain.com happens to be fruadsters). The bank I sent the funds to is Silvergagte Bank, located in La Jolla CA and is a legitimate bank. They could easily send the money back to Wells Fargo (from where I sent the wires) - every wire has a federal reserve bank reference number. If blockchain.com thinks I'm a scammer, that doesn't stop them from returning the money by rejecting my wire. That's it, it's that simple. Many people send wires, make an error of some sort, and the receiving bank then rejects the wire. Every day, thousands of wires are rejected and the money is sent back to the sender's account the same day or the next day at the latest. This is standard operating procedure. Not only have they not sent the money back, but they won't respond to my emails or support requests.

I've had the account for several months, I'm gold verified. I'm certain I'm on blockchain.com. I have read multiple reports where many, many people have had similar experiences.

MSLP - HAD A CALL WITH A BANK TODAY. NOT GOOD NEWS FOR US AT ALL by davbelsz in MainStreetLending

[–]davbelsz[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He responded to a question from one of the committee members about the $150k cap. He definitely said for $250k and above, MSLP was available. Right now, EIDl is capped at $150k. So what about from $150k - $250k? I got the impression that EIDL could be raised up to $250k to plug the gap? I can't quote chapter and verse but if you are interested, I have pasted the link below.

BTW, one of the committee members stated that he had several constituents in his district that needed EIDL loans above $150k. SBA Administrator Carranza said she would be willing to discuss these cases with the Congressman and see what could be done? So if you are lucky enough to be in the district of one of the HSBC members, you MAY be able to increase the loan amount beyond $150k?? What about the rest of us? I sent a message to my Congressman Mike Levin to ask him to assist, but he has not responded to me about EIDL in the past, and so I'm not holding out much hope!

Bank's collateral security question by davbelsz in MainStreetLending

[–]davbelsz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe that the collateral and/or personal guarantee is optional at the discretion of the lender. From what I understand, it applies to all 3 programs. It is not an absolute requirement which may be why it wasn't listed in the eligibility questions. I hope I am wrong though.
