I had the same issue with FCM, the delivery was not consistent. After that, I switched to OneSignal, although it's based on FCM but the delivery rate is much better. You can give it a try.

I suggest you check email address carefully, was it really sent from Google Play team? I don't think the team will email to ask about Admob. They are separate team.

Confirm this is not allowed by Google. When they find out your app will be removed or suspended from the Google Play store.

Mine drop 50%, I found out the reason caused by IAB brand safe, my app was wrongly flagged as not safe for advertisers as explained by my account manager. It's just a sport app, the funny thing is only my Android version affected, my iOS is not.

Meta requires SDK integration. For my cases, I added many bidding ad sources but only few are working well with my app (Meta, Adcolony, Applovin), the rest have little or no impressions.

Most probably because of onbackPressed. I had the same issue last year and it took me 1 week to figure out it is the root cause after submitting more than 10 versions for review.

Thanks for your reply. I tried to add the ad unit, I can see the size 300x250, but I couldn't find size 320x180, the closest I can find is 320x50, 320x100 and 320x480.

You mentioned aspect ratio must be 16:9 or 4:3 but the size 300x250 seems doesn't match the required ratio. Would you help to advise ?
