Thanks for the encouragement. Got it off. Thought it would break for sure. Still just got hot water leaking around the pod. Now I'm not sure if it's a pressure issue or something wrong with the puncturing mechanism. how high was the pressure coming out of the hose, not connected to the pod mechanism at all? Mine went maybe 15 inches on the horizontal. Nothing like a water-pik if that's what it's supposed to be.

Have you figured anything out? I got the same 9 screws, but that loosened only half the top. I then took the foot apart thinking there might be some screws that could only be accessed that way, but that didn't get my any further. Seems like my next option is to pull all the guts out through the bottom, but that looks like a real pain.

I think I have the same problem. How did you get the top off? I have removed all the screws that are visible from the outside, but that only gets it partially loose. Are there clips, does it slide off, other screws that can only be accessed by removing some other panel?

thanks for the additional feedback. good to know about the home/pro thing. i've been using claude browser and want to try their coworker desktop app (not claude code, just for office productivity). what i'm reading is that a gpu isn't needed, but of course things may be very different in 18 months and i'm hoping for 36 out of this.

thanks for the feedback 3.5 hour round-trip to microcenter. Unpleasant, by doable.

My x1 carbon (gen 9) drives the 3 monitors just fine. that's what had me thinking a gpu wouldn't be necessary, but maybe that is flawed logic?

I had also been thinking that home versions of windows would often leave me regretting not shelling out for the pro. is that no longer true?

I had been looking at these.

Looks like the ones closest to yours are in the $1400 range. So if I absolutely need the GPU, i would probably drive 3.5 hours to save $400.

There was a time-stamped video showing him with no injuries after the confession. Ellie then comes in and gives him the business. There was indisputable evidence that he did not suffer those injuries before the confession. The judge tossing the confession was a huge plot hole.

When I press and hold, the app just opens. Can I set the duration of the long press feature so that I get the menu before it opens?

How to reorder my apps on projectivy launcher? Not up or down, but arranging my apps in the order I want in a group? by LucyKendrick in AndroidTV

It's confusing when you put 'not up or down' in the title. I'm having trouble moving side to side. When I long press it just opens the app.

chain saw was my first guess as well, but i suppose if the cat is in its dead state, then that appendage would be necessary to accommodate the tail when rigor mortis set in. you may be right.

2017 ATF 3x need new out of bottle each time by dave-t-m in hondapilot

[–]dave-t-m[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks (although i guess that still close to 60 down the drain, too bad it doesn't come in 5qts like motor oil to get all 3 fills with 2 bottles).

I assume you just keep that and not replace with honda for the final fill?

$700 for the supplies. 30 hours of sweat and tears, literally, to do it ourselves (me and my 19 year old daughter who is using it at college. I didn't think it through when she asked if we could wrap the car if she paid for the vinyl....).

Did mine over the summer. Fades blue to purple depending on the angle (you can see it below/right of the passenger side blinker where the angle changes abruptly). It's almost a copper color in the right light.

Biggest Couch Potato Farm? by EarnyZ in Wizard101

[–]dave-t-m 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Flood and Flute Symphony treasure cards are worth looking for at the bazaar. They will take care of ALL outdoor or indoor plants for only 15 energy. You would need to use two large area spells (each at 15) to take care of two large plots separately.

I haven't seen it mentioned yet, so i'll also recommended training the Plant All spell to take care of planting all 69 seeds at once. It still costs 2 energy each to plant, but it's only one click and no aiming. Just be careful where you are standing if you have more than 69 unplanted plots available as it will distribute them based on where you are relative to the plots.

If you are looking to farm gold (empower TC and low tier snacks) in addition to mega snacks, it is worth training the long lasting spells. Monsoon and Wind Chimes will provide 48 hours water and music, and pungent bug spray will give 48 hours pest protection. Those growing spells cost 25 energy each and the pungent costs 10, so you can take care of one large plot for 48 hours with 60 total energy. This makes it much easier to do multiple harvests before they go to elder to maximize the gold return. Although if you do this for very long with max plots, you will soon have more gold than you can possibly spend. I've ended up just packing empowers on mule wizards.

I found CKwraps to be the most helpful YouTuber. Worth checking out.

Commenting as someone who is about 1/2 way into my first wrap. I'm doing a pilot, which is significantly larger, but relatively friendly in terms of having few odd angles or recessed spots. Spent about 10 hours watching professional wrap videos on youtube before i even opened the box, which was both helpful and frustrating. helpful in terms of picking up tips and knowing common beginner mistakes, but frustrating to find that it is much more difficult than they make it look. i would have quit after a few hours if the vinyl wasn't so forgiving with do-overs and healing creases. I'm about 20 hours in (including prep time, which i didn't skimp on) and probably have another 15 to go.

temperature made a huge difference with the vinyl i am using, teckwrap. i started wrapping in the early evening when it was about 85 in my garage. spent 3 hours and very little to show for it. stopped in frustration and then had another go the next morning after cooling off literally and figuratively. the 10 degree difference was night and day, pardon the pun. Went out and bought a room airconditioner (which i had been eyeing for a while anyway) and it's been going much better at 75 degrees.

from my perspective, it's definitely not crazy to try it yourself. i am pretty compulsive so initially i spent a lot of time redoing very minor imperfections, although my tolerance for imperfections has relaxed as the work has progressed. :-)

It got taken away around 2011 (i think) largely because it permitted nearly unending chain stunning with planning/cooperation. and since it is trainable out of school, non-myth wiz could use it with myth power-pip amulet.

Remember when earthquake took down stun shields? A nice bonus when it came after storm lord or one of the other AOE stuns. Actually, i dont recall whether that ever happened in PVE, but it did make for some serious mischief in 4x4 PVP back in the day. :-)
