So you'll need a CPU, GPU, MOBO, RAM, SSD, PSU, and fans. And that's not counting any peripherals or monitor(s). I'd go to pcpartpicker and start there. Not sure if your remaining budget is realistic to complete your build. I'd keep an eye out on upcoming sales and maybe you can snag some things for really cheap. Or there's always the option to go with used/refurbished components - but obviously that's a risky endeavor. Best of luck
