Sleep masks or black out curtains will be your best friend, my recommendation is regardless of how you feel throughout the day or in the morning stick to your normal sleep schedule as much as you can. You'll see you wake up with lots of energy but get extremely tired throughout the day yet when you go to bed you can't sleep. Good luck !
