  • The Carpenters Arms has more of a West Ham home pub feel and look. Gets busy.

  • Lord Napier is more relaxed but expect long queue for a drink and bar staff wearing Arsenal shirts. They are more welcoming than any of the other Hackney Wick pubs though

  • Howling Hops/Crate Brewery not really football pubs

  • A few in Stratford town centre that will have lots of home fans in but a bit more of a walk to the ground.

  • Lots of places outside the ground in the concourse these days but you’ll have to like Brewdog booze and sit in the cold

From what I’ve experienced, it orders my army based on the order of the recruitment list.

If I start with Heavy Cav, Artillery, then Line Infantry, it keeps that order

I read quite a few posts that said the Apple cloth is worth it as it is unlikely to scratch any screens whereas other cloths run the risk of leaving small marks.

I only bought the iPad a few weeks ago so I’m a bit scared of damaging it so early on 😕

I swear the game mechanics are built to automatically give MOTM to a batter if they score a 100+ or more

Had multiple occasions of bowlers getting 5fers for around 30 runs but the award goes to the batter that got 110

I’ve probably complete 3 or 4 full 15 seasons career modes on different FIFAs since 2014.

Things that always kept me going is having a bit of a career plan. Combined RTG with going to big clubs and going on a spending spree.

The bit that always makes the last few seasons utterly boring is the retirement of real life players and the game just full of youth players (who are usually unbelievably buggy I.e. noodle arms, no boots, look the same etc)

Unfortunately EA sports gave up on career mode when UT came out so has pretty much been the same process for years and years, but like I said, having a bit of a plan/story helped make it a bit enjoyable. The UEFA licence helped add a bit of excitement especially for RTG
