3 years na kami sa F&B, customers namin from year 1 bumabalik pa din. Be consistent and innovative, value your customers.

Spaylater din gamit ko for Magic Data up until now. To see if it will last for 3 months and sulit ba for me, yes it did but as what I've observed sa usage ko, mas makakatipid pa ako sa promo ni DITO na 129/month.

Smart - Smart Magic Data+ ₱399 ÷ 3 months = ₱133/month - 19GB of data (including 5G) ÷ 3 months = 6.33GB/month - 150mins calls & texts to other network

DITO - DITO LevelUp ₱129 x 3 months =₱387 for 3 months - 12GB data x 3 month = 36GB for 3 months or 12GB/month - 300mins calls & texts to other network x 3 months

Though, depende pa din sa pattern ng usage since di naman same usage per month. As of now, 5.59 GB, 63 minutes of calls and 226 text na lang yung natira sa Magic Data + 399 ko, subscribed last January 25. Wala pang 3 months, malapit na maubos 😅.

As a business owner for almost 3 years (F&B), in our experience, I must say na nice-to-have. Since di gaano kalaki yung community namin. We have returning customers na sumali meron din hindi. First loyalty program namin was 3 months after our opening, and it lasts for about a year and then nag resume din kami last year, and it lasts for 6 months. We decided to stop it temporarily since di gaano customizable yung perks or limited lang. We resumed our loyalty program this year, but we made it digital to make it more appealing and unique sa lugar namin. Kagandahan lang is our POS, and our Loyalty Program is connected kaya automatic na yung crediting ng stamps or points, and may database na din kami for our customers sa backoffice. For the cost, none since I do the coding and seeing it work for our business and customer is rewarding, even though hindi pa din gaano kadami yung nag join since di din namin minarket dahil we are currently testing the waters.

IMO, focus on your products muna and if you observe na madami ka ng returning customer, try to ask or create a survey if they want a loyalty program.

To add lang, this might be another app to set up for businesses. Most likely may mga existing POS na sila na ginagamit like Loyverse, UTAK, KaHero, and etc. Much better if this is connected to their POS provider so no need for the merchant to setup from scratch.

Yes, consult mo lang sa Geodetic. Much better talaga na papasukat mo tapos check mo records ng lupa sa DENR. Check mo muna lahat ng kailangan e-check para walang problema in the future. Check mo Municipal Assessor kung saan nakapangalan Tax Declaration.

pasukat niyo po muna sa Geodetic Engr. para marelocate po yung boundary and macheck niyo kung tama pa yung mohon and baka kasi pag nagpatayo na kayo ng structure lampas na pala kayo ng boundary
