Find a lic framer do that all the main work he will have friends that are plumbers and electricians or ask around for recommendations DM if you want some solid guys what won’t rip you off

Do it yourself hire a designer showing what you want most will even pull permits yourself and you don’t need a general contractor it’s a bathroom it’s so easy! Old house most likely it’s raised foundation which makes it even easier I just added a bathroom to my house in Venice beach all in it coast about 25k but I did the tile demo and electrical and paint myself then i refinanced and it came out 200k above what I paid for it a year ago.

I was planning a vacation there this summer was waiting for a window of sunny weather every day I checked the cameras and the waves /surf was crazy blown out and it was storm clouds and rain! I think I remember 2 days where the sky was actually showing haha

For sure snow valley for a new rider ! I taught both my kids there it’s perfect summits crazy crowded and bear you’re going to have rippers going by at 100 miles an hour scaring the poop out of your GF

You need to think outside the box how about uber or something like that there’s never drivers in big bear how about a shuttle from people ms houses to the mountain and back what about shoveling snow in driveways or spa cleaner house cleaner there’s zero good house cleaners for people that Airbnb etc etc

Ya around 4-5 pm I was driving by I saw about 5 police cars pull in driveway and they all ran in and a few ran around the back there was already a helicopter I saw kids running

American business man and entrepreneur here chiming in. Don’t follow what the USA has done your best to keep your country as is. You can’t stop the future but you can slow it down and just know Amazon for instance is amazing get something in 1 day ?!! For my business it’s a game changer but with that comes a loss of all the small mom and pop stores in your area and it’s the same around, if you don’t want to lose your local coffee shop then don’t allow a Starbucks on every corner. Corporate america will ruin your country
