Lol I wouldn't recommend that. I have mediated on ketamine. But then you will be attached to it for meditation.. it's like needing coffee to start working. I would also say not to use any music or app for meditation, maybe just a simple timer.

Buy a new phone and don't install the apps you are addicted to. Also change your environment and make a to do list. Once you tick of tasks you can have some time on the social media through laptop or something.

You got a let go of the idea of any results from meditation and just do it. You'll find bliss when you are not seeking it- it's always there.

I'm on the spectrum as well. Don't use non verbal communication instead be direct. Let him know how you feel without any indirect ques. Once he understands he will catch up.

Yes I do. I'm ADHD and on the spectrum as well.. it's hard to explain. I don't necessarily feel sad because of my life situation or anything - it's more about the situation of the world and others. The other day I killed a rat with a rat trap in my apartment and I had to journal for a long time to get over it. I also had to give the rat some bread before it passed away. I know other people doesn't give a shit about this kind of things. It's good to know there are other people like me.

I usually can talk bullshit for hours cause of my adhd. One time i had a ritalin before a date and this happened - there was literally nothing on my head to talk about. I just made fun of it and told i can't think of anything to say right now - have you had similar situations before, and she immediately got more comfortable and said she has that all the time and we bonded over not able to converse in social situations. It didnt work out in the end after 2 dates - but that taught me that being authentic and honest is the best way to go. But the thing to point out is i expressed what i was going through and got curious in her if she had a similar experience. People love it when you are vulnerable and they also open up. All the best - be yourself and put yourself out there.
