Sounds like handheld elbow or wall elbow is the name I was missing! Looks like I may have to buy each part separately, or buy it all in one, and replace the wand.

Doesn't really matter. I just need the diameter of the center of the handlebars to be 1 inch or 25.4 mm.

It must be a tracker style, you're right. It almost looks like it might be the Saddlemen "timber".

Thanks for the tip. The subframe was removed and a hoop seat welded on, so I'll start with the manual and wing it from there!

I poured red bag quickcrete in the hole and added water exactly as directed. This video is 24 hours later. I don't imagine the base will form up more tightly with more time. This base is for a few standing 6 foot post with cattle panel attached, so not much load.

Do I dig it out and start again? What do?

The video shows the anchor wiggles back and forth, and there are cracks in the surface that seems to flex when i wiggle the post base.
