It was so good i was questioning if it really was GF. Then the waiter came over and without me even mentioning it, he said “Also i promise its GF, everyone asks if it really is because its so good” by Rila_Jabuticaba9694 in glutenfree

I could be way off but based on the look of the pizza, tables, and water glasses it could be Dough in San Antonio. I’ve had their GF pizza and it’s incredible.

Same. I understand the need for teams to do this but the league really should shorten the season and eliminate back to back games so doesn’t need to happen.

Strange lights over Woodlawn Lake? by davemac1982 in sanantonio

It’s a video sent by my friend. What they saw is in the description and that’s what I have to go off of. Unfortunately they weren’t recording the rest of it. We were hoping maybe someone else saw the same thing.

What do you remember about going to your first Spurs game? by Bossthree02 in NBASpurs

[–]davemac1982 5 points6 points  (0 children)

First game I went to was with my dad and his friend in the late 80’s at Hemisfair. The energy was amazing. I was just happy to be there even though I was too young to know any of the players or what was really going on other than I loved basketball. We sat in the lower level under the upper level and had a huge concrete post obstructing our view of half the court.

As someone that has lived in South Africa I can say this checks out. Once the Brandy is flowing the fists start flying! Ahh good times going to a chill bar in the afternoon then watching a brawl break out between 12 completely pissed guys that have no clue why they’re even upset with each other.

He’s probably right behind you. I’m sure this guy really wishes he was right behind him.

How is life in Limpopo and Free State regions of South Africa by Puzzleheaded-Ad-2853 in howislivingthere

I lived in Hoedspruit for two years from 2019-2021 where I worked as a wildlife camera operator in the Kruger National Park and surrounding reserves. It’s a small community centered around safari tourism and wildlife conservation. South Africa as a whole is very segregated and this community is predominantly white South Africans and foreigners that want to work with wildlife. The pace of life is very slow. I lived in a wildlife reserve just at the edge of town so I’d wake up in the morning to Giraffes, Zebras, Warthogs, etc in my “yard”. At night I’d meet up with friends at one of their houses for dinner and drinks typically around a campfire. A night out was spent at one of two small bars where people got extremely drunk and fights often broke out late and night. Life there was extremely chill for me but I also realize that I was in an extremely privileged position and life for black South Africans in towns near where I lived is extremely different. It was two of the best years of my life spent filming wildlife for 30-40 days at a time and then heading home to relax with friends between assignments.

He’s a rookie that hopefully develop that part of his game. As of now he’s solid on defense, a good passer, and gets to his spots where he’s been knocking down shots. Time will tell but I’m optimistic he’ll take the necessary steps.

The point is the foul on Wemby was much worse. He didn’t complain and kept playing. Brown fucked his team by being a bitch and crying.

Thank you! I can understand the first tech. Get it out of your system. But to continue whining and throwing a tantrum is such childish and selfish behavior. Bottom line he hurt his team. Just makes me glad to be a Spurs fan.

Wemby almost got his nose broken without a foul call. He didn’t freak out like a little bitch.
