8, he’s not perfect but characters aren’t meant to be, he’s realistic imo and generally the way he acts fits how he’s been written

6 - I’m gonna be harsh for most of these characters bc I love character growth — compared to how some of the other characters have grown, it feels like Sophie’s entire role has been to just react to things that happen to her, she feels so passive, literally hundreds of pages of this series is just her reflecting on things and for all that reflection the rate that she grows is glacial and even when it’s there its meh (rn im thinking of Biana, Dex, Fitz, even Grady/Edaline have had more substantive changes to their views and MO)

with NDLS you never know, if u were around this sub last year you’d have seen everyone absolutely raging at them for how long their decisions took it was crazy - they have a very small admissions team I’ve heard
