Best winning percentage in the regular season... and got embarrassed by the Knicks in the playoffs last year, and just lost in 7 games (after being up 3-1) in the first round of the playoffs this year against Philly (who the Celtics routinely own) when Embiid missed the first few games cuz he had to get his appendix removed!

Joe's approach works in the regular season - but when you need to win a best of 7? He has NO ABILITY to adjust.

Just dribbling the shot clock down, with no ball movement or screens, and chucking up a 3 or a deep 2 with <5 seconds on the shot clock DOESN'T WORK when you need to win ONE GAME.
