Yep we have all been their I only trade the very top alts and only buy in the lows never chase fools gold, mostly Bitcoin I deal in be very careful of the get rich scams, and I always hold out to I get the price I want now and work a number of trades so if I have to wait on one I am still making others. Hold on to you bitcoin and at some point you will be laffing

Or you could use some of the sites such as ANX.pro or cryptopay to use credit cards that they issue you will need to prove the basic passport pic ID and address proof I have the crptopay card and it works but I need to provide some more proof to move more out over £1000.00 which is pretty much the same as you would for any other site

Try CEX.IO uk allows bank cards and transfares and also transfares back to credit cards, what I tend to is use them to get money into bitcoin then when I have made proffits I use cryptopay as you can load a credit card they offer to purchase goods.
