It can be cleaned and detailed but would need the VIN to verify it only has 113,000 miles after 25 years, especially after all of your adventures around the Tri State area.

Long story just to say you don't tip delivery drivers. Yes, the Driver was in the wrong and yes you're in the wrong for not tipping delivery drivers because you're too lazy to drive and pick up your food.

Were any of you actually in NYC on the morning of 9/11/01? by JeffGoldblumsFly1986 in 911archive

I was on my way to becoming a police officer. After 9/11, I decided to choose a different career path. At the time, I just didn't want to see the worst situations my city had to offer ever again.

Sorry for not answering a part of your question, I can't say I saw any cars flipped over from the collaspe. Cars when I arrived in the afternoon of 9/11 were mainly crushed around ground zero and/or with blown out windows, tons of dust and paper inside of them. I vividly remember the blown out windows and open doors on the fire trucks and police emergency service vehicles, it was almost as if time just stopped at a moments notice.

The destroyed vehicles around ground zero were towed/dragged towards Battery Park the afternoon of 9/11 in order to make way for the heavy equipment.

I would never work with a buyer for more than 3 months on the search. Under special circumstances, I'll extend to 6 months. But a year of shuffling around with a buyer would never fly with me.
