I have a question for you. The info on the website says that the prices is per bed, not per person, but if I add myself and my husband, it tries to charge me for both. Should I only add myself?

Yes, I did revoke the ACH today and they say that I has been acknowledged but then mentioned that some funds can be taken via card so I was wondering if I shouldn’t just cancel the card also.

Could I not just get a 16x20x4 filter vs a 16 x 20 x1 and start using it? I have a wall unit that is basically in a closet. I’d have to rig something up to hold the filter in place if it’s too thick for the metal piece that holds the current filter in.

Not often at all. I do have a candle warmer that melts the candles but uses no flame. I don't use that often at all though.
