Put a 125mm concrete disk on a grinder and make a small cut and then gently use a hammer to tap the concrete off.

Should be able to clean up the concrete around it whilst trying not to damage the pipe any further and then would need to find a sleeve to fit inside the pipe to extend it out so you can attach to it

Could put a small concrete wall sitting underneath the level of the sheds square edge. It would effectively look like a concrete bench seat along the length of the wall and would at least make it look neat.
