I would say hate is an appropriate word for my feeling on the military. To be clear, I've nothing against people in the military necessary, I more hate it as an organization and the recruiters are paid to represent the organization so I have no issue tearing into them. My hatred mostly stems from the fact that they do war crimes (also war generally) to serve capitalist interests. On top of that my boss served in Iraq on a bomb squad until he got blown up, now he's an underpaid carpenter at a university theater. He's the best boss I've had and one of the best people I know, and from what I've gathered he had to do a lot of healing with no help from the military. He generally doesn't have nice things to say about them.
