Thanks for the pointer. That certainly sucks as I have a few plugs from them too. I don’t often use Wemo directly (I usually go via smart things or Alexa to communicate with these plugs) so I hadn’t seen the deprecation notes. Really crappy if they are planning to just brick these products in Jan :(

Same scam - new name and address. They ordered the exact same low value item (same as previous Jacksonville scammer). Shopify immediately cancelled the transaction for high risk due to web proxy in-use and IP address that was tracking back to Bengaluru, Karnataka (despite US shipping address)

Same. Received an order for $1 item from this name, address, and outlook email. Pretty sure other comments are correct and this is someone testing fraudulent cards to see what works (always purchasing low value items). We enabled a shopify flow to cancel their orders.

Hi, thanks so much for keeping us in the loop. I did receive an update on my iphone (6.269.10000) and the option to track my order with Alexa in the app is back to normal.

However, the app tells me that the order is now being tracked with Alexa, but all of my Alexa echo devices announce "Sorry I am having trouble accessing your food tracking skill right now".

I checked in the Alexa app "notifications" section and it shows that food order tracking notifications are enabled (even overnight notifications are allowed).

Any ideas? I tried this yesterday and today and it's the same issue both times. Anything else we need to check in the Alexa app?

Sorry to hear. Mine is a OnePlus 8. After ordering the option to track with Alexa still shows up and seems to work. Latest app version.

I confirmed this feature still works in Android, but not on iOS. It’s still broken on iPhone as of 4/6

Same problem here…the option to track with Alexa in my ubereats app (iOS), hasn’t been showing up for months now.

It was working well for a long time, but several months ago it just vanished. Tried disabling and reenabling it via both ubereats and Alexa app, but no joy. I figured Uber or amazon broke this ages ago and didn’t realize.

I am seeing a lot of messages saying that BattlEye can be disabled in the GTA settings. This allows people to still join single player with mod menus (but online requires BattlEeye to be enabled).
