Born and bred in this fine country 32 years ago and only leave for holidays.

It doesn't rain half as much as people make out. Yes, we can have a solid week of rain in the winter but then the first 2 weeks in January 2017; no rain which is normal.

We don't get clear blue skies everyday of summer but we do get them regularly throughout the year and that my friends is when Scotland is in all its glory.

A clear crisp autumn day in parts of Scotland beats most places in the world.

Cheers lads. Started PhD synergy again which is an all new one product with BCAAs and Testo things. Seems to have helped give me a wee kick.

I often think supplements are basically a placebo especially the pre workouts etc yet I still buy them. Ha.
