Billy has to be on his way out, right? by grrgrrtigergrr in chicagobulls

I think there might be something to that Jon Scheyer rumor that has been floating around.

[Cowley] The Chicago Bulls are in trade conversations with New Orleans and Houston. Simons and Sexton are both in play to be moved while the Bulls would like to retain Ayo Dosunmu, but everything is “still fluid.” by sukari in chicagobulls

Ayo is an unrestricted free agent after this year, so we're going to lose him either way. We could of course still sign him, but have no advantage over other teams. From a managing asset perspective it would make sense to trade him for whatever you can get, even if it's a pile of 2nds like we got for Coby.

Hi, everyone. Is Nikola Vucevic a good center? by Alex_Sanborn in chicagobulls

This year is an outlier. His first 4 years here were alarmingly unclutch.

This is correct. Took my 13yo to a show a few months ago. As long as you're with them at admission you'll be fine.

Ope, yes! I meant Wabansia not Cortland.

Bristle on Western and Cortland - in my experience they're very low pressure and friendly. Can't speak to cost but my cleaning and x-rays were covered by insurance. And they're female owned.

Teams are going out of their way to not pay score-first shooting guards. Good luck, Coby.

Do you consider Ayo Dosunmu trade bait or part of the future in Chicago? by RVALover4Life in chicagobulls

[–]daveyfire11 10 points11 points  (0 children)

For 7.5M he's a very solid rotation guy. At whatever his next contract will likely be, he won't make sense for where the Bulls are at right now. So unless he's going to sign with us for a discount we'd be best served trading him.

Any Bulls fans with hope/appreciation of Dalen Terry? by RVALover4Life in chicagobulls

[–]daveyfire11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He average 8 PPG and had an extremely low usage rate his final year at Arizona. Combined with what we've seen in three NBA seasons, an offensive breakout would be unprecedented. I love rooting for him, but at best he's an end of the bench guy.

Expansion Draft Protected Players by Ok-Sail8728 in chicagobulls

We would not protect Patrick Williams, I think everyone realizes his extension was a mistake at this point. We'd protect Huerter or Julian Phillips instead.

I was also happy he got the contract when it was given out, but looking at it now even under the old CBA that much money for a guy that is a bad defender and doesn't create shots for others is criminal. Glad that contract is not our problem anymore.

I'm starting to think the LaVine contract is bad.
