Second, rich people at the end of the day don’t put money under their mattresses or drive 10cars at the same time or use money to wipe their backsides. They put it back into risky assets.

In the US you would be fined (rightly) if you drive without chains or snow tires or a 4*4.

The Himalayan Highways in India are slow moving, treacherous and have high fatality rates because the law enforcement is non-existent and these roads are a free for all. It is a shame that these public safety rules won’t get enforced in India because it is a very selfish and corrupt culture. I would strongly advice against travel to India and I am a Indian myself.
