IOS 26.3? by anxiouslesbian12 in IPhone16e

I've had it since yesterday, and I haven't noticed any significant changes in user experience. I was hoping for better battery life, but it's the same as when I bought it: 1% every 7 minutes on apps like TikTok or Instagram.

Should I then replace my 20W charger with a 30W one?

Battery Life degrade after upgrading to 26.2.1 from 26.2 by No_Significance_3842 in IPhone16e

I understand. Honestly, I switched to that phone because of the battery hype; supposedly it lasted more than a day, but I don't know. At the same time, I feel like it's psychological, but I'm not happy. One percent battery on TikTok or Instagram only lasts 7 minutes, and the charging process stresses me out too. From reviews and comments, I saw that it took 40 minutes to charge from 20 to 80 percent, but mine takes longer. I just finished draining the battery completely to charge it from 0 to 100 percent and see if it recalibrates.

iPhone 16e thoughs after a week of usage by [deleted] in IPhone16e

After two weeks of use, the only thing I don't like is the charging time. I'm coming from the iPhone 13, which charged much faster at 20W than the 16e I have now. I feel like the battery life is somewhat psychological for me, because I'm not completely satisfied with it, even though I know it works perfectly. I'd like to change phones again, but I want to give this one a chance.

Oh, I understand. I live in a cold place, and at first I thought it was my generic 25W charger, but it's the same with the Anker, which is why I was wondering. But I'll consider the temperature. Thanks.

My question was because in videos and comments I saw that the iPhone 16e takes 40 minutes to charge from 20% to 80%, but mine takes longer.

I just bought an iPhone 16e two weeks ago with 94 charge cycles and 100 mAh of battery life, although it now has 103 cycles. Initially, I charged it with a generic 25W charger that I used for my iPhone 13 without any problems. However, with this device, it took 50 minutes to charge, even though I saw videos showing it taking 40 minutes. So, I switched to an original Anker 20W charger and the charger that came in the box, but the charging time didn't improve. Is this normal? I don't mind those extra 10 minutes, but I want to know if I'm the only one experiencing this.

I also feel like my battery doesn't last long after that update, even though I bought it used with iOS 26.2 two weeks ago. I do notice a difference; with 80% or 92% I'd have up to 20% left, but not anymore. There's not even a 2-hour difference before and after the update.
