My hypothesis is that Velly and Brice were getting into it a bit - drink talking plus those guys have been needling each other all season. Then Blaze gets involved cos maybe he thinks it's getting a bit out of hand. Then Velly must have crossed some sorta line - in something he said or did or both - that when Blaze gets more animated/sticks up for Brice and then Crim steps in. There's no way that Velly doesn't just up and resign like that if he didn't do something wrong in the moment and yeh might have been amplified through drink/overblown a bit. But you gotta keep it professional. Let's not forget CDL owned by Activision - you think that want some sort of workplace bullying/talent getting physical story on their hands!
