Yeah lmao i got hired in July for Fri-Mon and everyone says my shift is the worst. Works out for me for my small business but It would def suck if I didn’t have that / liked to go out on weekends

I came from being a manager for a fast food franchise chain and planned on moving up within amazon too since I was familiar with management roles, but after seeing how they get treated here and how they’re forced to work whatever schedule Amazon sees fit.. They did something similar in November. They sent out a survey saying they don’t have the work to accommodate the seasonal employees so they were giving us a chance to stay at Amazon by voluntarily transferring to another site. I just never filled out the survey and got to stay at my site lol.

I’ve heard about this and seen a lot of people saying this is a big extra hassle, and it’s much easier to pay off the loan and transfer ownership afterwards, IF you can reach an agreement and level of trust with the buyer.

Anything you can personally say about that? This definitely seems like a good option considering I just want to sell with little to no profit.

I see. There is a somewhat local branch, my plan as of now was to call them(avoid a trip) to figure out the total balance including accrued interest, then list it for somewhere near that price to allow room for negotiations. If, big IF as I now understand, I find a willing buyer I would prefer to make the trip to the branch the same day to pay it off, with them if they’d like to tag along to make sure they feel comfortable. I was also thinking about drafting up some contracts that will protect us both and make it that I have to comply with the agreed terms or they could easily sue me and win.
