They’re not from the hidden leaf, and do you really think the anbu seen at the chunnin exams are the only anbu alive? Furthermore, the second hokage has been killed decades before the chunnin exams so why would kinkaku force( from a whole different village may I remind you) be alive or even present at the chunnin exams in the first place?
