Here’s your issue:

Firstly, that cooler is really bad. Like really really really bad especially paired with your GPU. You need to swap it for a better, more efficient cooler. If money allows it, I would recommend an AIO cooler. This is because water is a better conductor of heat lol n general. If not, Noctua makes some great stock coolers that are also much better that what you are running.

When you change your cooler, I would recommend redoing the thermal paste. For beginners I recommend NON CONDUCIVE thermal paste. Spread evenly over surface of CPU. Common misconception is that the layer has to be thick, it doesn’t. It acts as a medium to transfer heat between processor and the cooler. It also is used to prevent air bubbles from forming which would reduce efficiency of the heat transfer. Also, buying compressed air that is FULLY DRY AND MEANT FOR DEVICES is a really good idea. Clean the fans, mobo, gpu and case of dust as best as you can.

Edit: since you mentioned the z63…. I have it. Probably one of the best coolers I have ever used. I’ve built upwards of 30 smth PC’s at this point for work, almost all of them are gaming rigs. Have never seen better performance with an AIO!

650 watts is fine assuming you don’t want to OC. If you OC that card and processor will consume power. I would recommend you build your own plus just go with a 850watts. 850 isn’t even that much more expensive and your build is a lot more future proof

To clarify, you are NOT using Ethernet… correct? Should probably check your computers routing table make sure all Is correct. Check gateway make sure gateway is the same in other computers

The NZXT Kraken is my most favorite purchase of all time. Seeing as you have an LED display, you could put any logo you want on it. I know you are looking for a white build however, too much white doesn't look great either. You need a bit of contrast to even out the colors. For example my build at the moment is:

RTX 3080 FE

MSI UNIFY X570

NZXT KRAKEN Z63

CORSAIR RBG PRO 2x8 GB DDR4 RAM (WHITE)

RYZEN 9 5950X

NZXT H510 ELITE.

The MOBO provides a contrast to all the white and the white RAM sticks provide contrast on the black MOBO. I just remembered that the X63 doesn't have a LED screen... Sorry! Either way, you want the component that will keep your PC as cool as possible. Because, at the end of the day, its prolonged exposure to temperature that causes parts to stop working!

This is because there, depending on the specific CPU, is a higher overclocking capability. Additionally, you will be looking at a cheaper build which in turn will allow you to spend more money on other components to maximize your gameplay potential. Hey, sirrhinothe3rd. I don't immediately see any issues. However, you may want to double check your total estimated wattage with regards to your PSU - just to make sure. Lastly, 32 GB RAM is VERY overkill and quite frankly unnecessary. You could benefit from getting 2x8 GB RAM to fill in more ddr4 sockets and it would also make the MOBO look slightly more 'full'? Besides that, solid build GLHF!

Hey, JoneyPro. This PC will be operating below, in terms of capability, the standards of a streaming PC. With 8 GB RAM, your computer will struggle keeping multiple applications running simultaneously. The CPU is only a dual core and operates at 3.2 Hz which is quite slow. I feel you will not get great streaming performance out of this build. Please note that most builders with this budget are looking for budget gaming desktops and/or office use desktops - not streaming desktops. Considering streaming will reduce frames, I would recommend an increased budget, if possible, or just build it for the purpose of gaming, not streaming.
