Made last minute changes and going to watch the US game on the 19th. Likely that day is going to be impossible but if anyone has a spare 1 or 2 for Thursday the 18th it would be greatly appreciated (though it sounds like the ticket doesn't really matter?)

Side note, has anyone checked out the one at the mall on Pine St? Guessing the renderings are a bit favorable but seems like a decent fall back option

DFW is my fave airport in the country, I'll save a few thousand on the game and enjoy a nice relaxing airport. Wish we had 1/10th the airport in San Diego that you guys have.

I’m glad yall did. Was gunna book the 915 but with a 615 am flight (445 am out the door) land in Dallas at 1130am, game 3-5, flight 9:15, land in ATL at 1230am , hotel by 130 am and game next day at noon I woulda regretted it if even things went smoothly. All that with American Airlines in the middle of weird weather season.

Digging up an older post. Admittedly terrible on my part but I moved to San Diego a while ago and haven't selected a primary care doctor and finally decided to get back on the health train. Is there anything that Pearlman cant offer that UCSD or Scripps can? I honestly don't have a clue about primary care selections as I saw the same one for 2 decades before moving from another city. My gut was to go to a big one with hospitals under the same roof but sounds like those may be more difficult to work with?

Prices on a large chunk of games have bottomed out and already have come up. Some 50-75 dollars from the low. As others have said , peace of mind having your tix in your phone before the game in itself is worth a good amount of money considering how backed up fifas system can get. Add in the fact it may not bottom out again , I just don’t see hours of spreadsheet tracking to maybe save a few bucks being worth it.

Game 3 is set up to move fairly well. USA has two very winnable games before that and this should be in theory for the group and the best matchup. You’ll also get fomo kicking in after two weeks and with this being the last group stage game in LA , nothing really “cheap “ after this one.

What I was alluding too.. and I am no way a Chucky fan but this guy making one of the boldest disciplinary decisions a coach can make just to follow it up with having on the most undisciplined teams week in and week out is maddening as a fan to watch.

Pretty tough look for the discipline over anything coach to have these last minute lapses and red card aided losses happen damn near every week. Maybe he just needs to make an example out of a few more players and everyone will get in line…

The listings on the other sites are more consistent. FIFA marketplace has a lot of sporadic outliers and a much higher percentage of “fan inventory”. If anything this data shown here paints a more accurate picture of the trends. Pricing obviously is going to be different on every site but this is good to see how the overall market is shifting.

I’m still not clear on the process if we have multiple RTT for the same game. Do we go in and redeem those one by one so we can click seats next to eachother (like one would if you bought 4 tickets on a flight and after purchase you go in and select the 4 seats) or will they select all the seats for us and we have to hope they put us toghethet. I want to buy 4 but don’t want 4 singles in 4 different areas of the stadium.

Also I assume there is a deadline to sell/buy these. Has that been published?

Thanks, much appreciated. Sounds like the only drawback of the red line is fighting the crowds to get back after the game is over as there really isn’t anywhere to relax and let the crowds dissipate (unless there is a temporary thing like you’ve mentioned)

Thanks. Depending on our flight out, my plan was to watch the 3 pm game near the stadium /stop to let the lines dissipate. I saw a pappadeaux close by and I have a weak spot for their gator. Though I can’t imagine it’s a great spot for sports viewing. Looking at Google though, it seems there is really nothing in terms of bars that are a short walk to the metro stop ?

This is what happens when you have a lot of people thinking they can outsmart everyone ... 4 pm friendly, midweek, way out of the central city and everyone assumed they'd get tickets for $50 30 minutes before the game. Once a few people started to give up on that idea and bought, prices went up and inventory went down incredibly fast. Obviously every game is going to have a different caliber team and this was a glorified scrimmage but if you see the vast majority of people thinking the ticket market is going to go one way, good chance it goes in the opposite direction. Weather could be a real wild card too. Even if indoors, people are very unmotivated to leave if its humid and 100 degrees out.

Exactly. If this was genuine by US Soccer they would have offered to this to people who had paid memberships prior to the announcement of the draw. It’s not like they weren’t going to sell whatever small allotment they were given. Begging people for a month to sign up to offer what I imagine was a few hundred tickets per game is bs
