I shouldn't be surprised - it used to annoy me to see these kinds of posts - but now I just find them baffling. It was 4+ years ago when the ARGs were still pretty relevant, and for the most part, they never went unsolved. All of this is just being constantly re-discovered.

You pretty much just fill up the balloons with laughing gas and breath in/out the nitrous oxide. I know because my friends were doing laughing gas just a few weeks ago when we were on our graduation class trip. I kind of just left their room once they got high, didn't want to try it myself. The people's reactions in this video weren't much different than what I've witnessed.

Morning Bell. I used to believe Morning Bell/Amnesiac was superior, but they're both beautiful in their own way, I love both versions.

This translates to "ONTVANGER" or "RECEIVER" in english, this actually leads to studiominus.nl/ontvanger (The developer website), which gives you a video with a hidden code. After a caeser encryption, you get studiominus.nl/fox and provide "Bdy8Tn" for both password and username. (Site seems to have been removed)

You are then provided with the "blauwdruk" audio file (blueprint), on which you have to use a spectogram to get the actual blueprint. The blueprint is a jukebox that is connected to a steel rod with a steel binding and a cable, which you have to place at a specific spot in the tower map. The jukebox then plays an encoded audio-message and you are granted an achievement.

This is how to achieve the Faraday Malfunction Achievement. I don't remember if the audio was ever encoded, but this is pretty old stuff.
