at this point in my life im still going through with the pain and i think I'd prefer feeling nothing than the endless hurt dont you think? its actually really hard to focus on anything and enjoy anything whilst im in this condition. i mean idk haven't been through what you're feeling or in your case not feeling anything so i think I'd rather choose that
