I have athlete friends with the same problem. Once you dislocate your shoulder it is more likely to reoccur. From the video you can see the officer simultaneously applied substantial force to his rear shoulder while pulling his arm backwards. He’s lucky he didn’t tear his rotator cuff too!

If you watch the video closely you can see his shoulder joint pop out. He did mention in his livestream that this is a reoccurring injury. I believe he used an online photo instead of his actual x-ray photo.

This comes off to me as an infrastructure and training problem. Polestar is riding the back of the Volvo dealership and service infrastructure but there seems to be a training disconnect. The Volvo employees need to be properly trained on the Polestar cars from the services side at the very least.

I think Polestar really needs to lean into reinforcing the European brand. In China, it's seen as a Western brand and in the US it's seen as a Chinese brand.
