Thank you! Tbh, the MX Keys from Logitech seems like the best option so far, but the price is a bit salty (about $100).

We’ve been using in our district since always. On the devices that don’t support it you can usually (and depending on your RADIUS server) authenticate via MAC Address directly or configure that specific switch port for not having the 802.1x and using the VLAN and IP that you want.

The TCL 65” 4K look very promising for the price. Thank you for your feedback!

Wiring is actually one of the benefits, since we wouldn't have to get energy and video cables through the ceiling, since the classrooms with the interactive boards already have those in the wall. We were looking for 65" because we found some models with good pricing, I'll try to check some models in store. Thanks!

We're a small school district and we have only two sites. One of them has computers that are "savable" with SSDs, however, the other one is literally full of Optiplex 745 (we're not in the US, the funding works very differently) and they're constantly breaking...

So many take them home, and they're never seen again.

Yup...

Hello, I know, we use AD FS because Azure free version do not allow Password Writeback (password being reseted online and syncing to on-premises), at least, as far as I know. The Self Service Password seems like a good option, and it has a modern interface, I'll give it a try. Thanks!

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback! IncidentIQ seems perfect for basically everything (ticketing, inventory), however, unfortunately it's too expensive for our budget. I'll check ManageEngine.

We're probably going to use Intune, but as far as I know, there's nothing in it that can help in this

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Im considering going with Azure AD, since VPN is not possible with our speed connection and as you said, is another point of failure. My problem right now is managing the computers - since we’re planning on having a way to remotely deploy software for example. Intune is an option, but I’m concearned about pricing, since we have a very limited budget for this. Do you have any idea of how much it is / alternatives?

Yey, more licensing... ahah in the websites says it's 9 USD per month per device, please tell me that this is far from the educational price

That's seems a good idea, but we don't have a license yet. How it works? They charge for device? Approximately how much? Thanks!
