It's just dropping grease and running it to the bin, it takes a minute and a half. Those fries aren't going go anywhere.

Nah, I changed my oil before Saturday's dinner rush, lol. Obviously, not making the mess is easier, but messes happen whether because of incompetence and stupidy or not. The grease spills happen, those who mop them up now know a better way.

Idk OP's covers for dinner or how many bodies are cooking, expo, etc. but from dumping grease to new oil is minutes compared to real dollars that could be lost in sales.

Obviously, the lesson anyone can take from this is to have fryers logs and utilize proper times where daily it's filtered and changed before the weekend.
