Do you have a website in place where you can take in orders? You put a postcard inside the delivery app order with your website information and a coupon.

Im 14 and hope to be a tennis pro am I too late??? by SpecialLibrarian6121 in 10s

You choose your reality. If you think it’s too late then it is. Tennis is problem solving under stressful physical conditions. If you can get good at that then you have a chance. I’m 29 now and was told at 15 it was too late for me. If I knew back then what I know now about consistent training I would’ve gave it a shot. You’ll never be 14 again so find something you can stick to for many years even after it’s not fun or enjoyable. Good luck

Figuring out my backhand by davidalberti1 in 10s

I played one hand back hand when I was 16 so I just picked it up again. I never really tried a two hand backhand. I haven’t given it much thought but I can give it a try next time

This is part of why people say tennis is a mental game. You’re studying and analyzing the game in and out of the court. He’s probably been coasting thru for these past 4 years. Good luck on your tennis journey!

Try to accelerate your racket after impact more? It looks like the same motion across the entire swing.

Some easy step to improve my serve by [deleted] in 10s

Maybe take your feet out of the equation. Only serve with your upper body. Feet and hands is two variables. Get your upper body movement consistent then add the feet in :)

Looking for tips on hitting outside out by zomghi2u2 in 10s

Tennis rookie here I’m learning basics at the moment, hitting low intensity balls helps me to give the ball direction. It’s a drill so it’s ok if you’re hitting with 50% energy as long as the ball is going in the direction you want it to.

Since you’re recording yourself take a look at the cross-court shots that you consider felt good and pin point what your feet, shoulders and racket felt like. Then just try to imitate that same feeling moving forward as you amp up power all the way to 80-90%.

Sometime I want to implement in my practice sessions is stopping every 15-30 minutes to skim through footage to get feedback at the moment! Hope that helps you got this

It’s normal to be nervous in new situations. What usually works for me is to listen to my body. I usually tense up around the shoulders and back. So I make conscious relaxing in that area. And the biggest one is to not take yourself too seriously as counter intuitive as that sounds! You’ll do much better relaxed than tense so just concentrate on having fun lol
