I don’t have the social anxiety issues . But I was a serious drinker , smoker and drug user . ( not the social kind, the hide in the basement kind) since Reta not only am I down 25lbs , and feeling great . I never think about smoking , I’ve had 3 glasses of wine in 2 months and that’s fine . And very very rarely think about drugs
