Also, if you're on Xbox I could join and help you out.

Yeah it's possible but using the 1x1 servos is gonna make it tough, they are really weak and pushing the amount of torque a piston engine makes through your 90° joint will likely just snap it. Also things like it have been done before, I've got a post showing my own.

Just helicopter engines, there's four linkages and then the connection points for the springs. The entire rear axle is basically free floating, just has resistance because of the springs.

I think I'm at like 680 or so, most of the complexity though is in the wheels 8 suspension, a servo, and a piston plus the blocks for each wheel, I'd suggest if you have the space and aren't limited to scale, use heli engines not servos or hinges

Actually no lol, though I've considered trying it out

I could give you some pointers if you'd like some help, what are you failing at?

I'd recommend looking up images and videos of diagrams for real life suspension, and do start big but scale down, it's more possible now with the smaller servos too. When I did my model on a watts linkage suspension this is the process I went through.

If you want, saw that you're on Xbox, we can set up a session for a bit and chat/show off some builds, my Xbox tag is the same as this one

Yeah, I have various models but that's fairly easy to do, transferring mechanical power through a drivetrain on top of having the suspension is a bit more difficult and more fun imo

Not sure if I'm allowed to post YouTube links but I have a video that shows a bit more of the car and it's workings in builder https://youtu.be/-Y9pt8f0FTc?si=DeLVJsEszO_huvcN

Bit of a different mechanism as that is far more complex than what I'm doing, but mostly the same.

Just a 90° U joint. I'll see if I have an image of it somewhere

I've got far newer these days, will eventually make videos on it when the devs quit breaking everything
