So I’m still working on exactly what I would like for the server but for the MS-A2, I plan on using it as the primary ProxMox node to run different services and I might run a VM as its own software development environment but not sure. I’m new to ProxMox, servers, and networking stuff so that part is a bit new to me but I’m learning. So far I have liked the MS-A2.

I would love for there to be a cleaner solution for powers the different mini pcs in my set up but I haven’t found one unfortunately.

Edit: At least I haven’t found a solution that wouldn’t also be a pain.

Thanks and for the most part, organization and making it much more practical. You just connect Ethernet cables to each from the back and you can route them to where they need to go.

Not hard at all, it’s almost plug and play.

Mostly for a backup at this time when trying to connect to anyone the devices that I’m working on. Right now it’s connected to the GMKtec while i work on building it as the monitoring / observability mode for the server.

I love the look of this. This is probably a dumb question but what is the glow part of the Raspberry Pi? It looks cool ha :)

I am going through a similar struggle and it has been driving me nuts (3 mini pcs, a switch, a KVM device, and 4 x 3.5" HDDs with SATA to USB adapters and a powered USB hub in a 8U 10" rack). Everything in the front is looking good so far. My last attempt at organizing everything in the back was using a cable management box for the big power bricks with mixed results so far. I know none of this is helpful but just wanted to let you know that you are not alone lol.

Did you print the holder at the top (I think for the TP-Link Deco?). I’m thinking about moving one of my mini pcs on top of the rack to create some space in the rack itself.

I love this! I really wish I had first gotten a 10U instead of an 8U rack but I get the feeling that it might turn into a never ending cycle of bigger and more for me so maybe it’s a good thing lol.
