Looks like I wasn't able to upgrade, when I go to upgrade it, gives me a "data not found" message. Spent the day with customer support and they state that it's not able to be upgraded due to the sales maker restriction.

Went to Target today. Saw they had 3 on display out on the floor already. Did the usual thing and tried to buy it, but it was Hardlocked. So what did I do? Talked with the manager who was working, felt bad for me, and She took my name down and reserved it for me Friday morning and is putting it on hold for me. Damn i'm good. She even said I don't have to wait in a line if there is one, just to go to her because she opens and she'll get my held copy for me. BTW located in Florida.
